There is power in a weekly SOMA breath practice; guided by intentions and diverse themes to awaken you to your full potential of healing.

When we practice breathwork consistently we come to understand the true power of it. SOMA Breath “untrains” your system from habitual restrictions of the breath. As a population we are not breathing well due to environmental and social factors. Our overall breathing is too quick, too shallow and rarely or never conscious. This weekly breathwork session will help us take responsibility and empowerment over our bodies so we can stop depending on external sources to improve our mood, health, wellbeing and quality of life. All you need is a comfortable place to lie and an eye mask if you have one. You can leave your camera on zoom switched off. One hour just for you.

What is soma breath?
SOMA Breath utilises deep, diaphragmatic rhythmic breathing and breath-holds to bring balance to the two branches of the nervous system, creating an overall shift towards parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system activity.
