We believe that joy and belonging are essential human experiences that each of us deserves to cherish. We invite our sistars of colour to Sacred Spaces: A Black Joy x Wellness Healing Circle + Cacao Ceremony.
We understand the complexities of navigating the world as a woman of colour. We are often isolated, misunderstood and undervalued. From a young age we are taught to place others' needs before our own and to fit into narrowly defined and often contadictory boxes.
These challenges are compounded with the impact of generational traumas which affect our mental wellbeing and prevent us from embracing the full essence of our divine nature.
Enter this sacred space that will empower you to embrace the healing benefits of yoga, breath, rest and community support. Prepare to tap into your divine feminine spirit for guidance, inspiration and creativity.
During this circle, we will share stories, affirmations, and intentions to uplift and support one another. In a space of reflection and grounding, we will connect with the spirit of the cacao plant and experience its heart-opening effects to bond deeper with one another from a place of sacred authenticity. We will explore free flowing movement to expel stagnant energy from our bodies and our guest facilitator Salome will share astrological wisdom and what that means for our wellbeing, our focus and our lived experience.
On this special day, Georgie (@Soularspace), Salome (@spectrumofsalome) and Christa (@Seolachris__) invite you to our Healing circle + Cacao ceremony exclusively for women of colour.
